Hello, All:

I downloaded the smart ACARS file today (12/26/2017) and installed using Admin rights. I start it using Admin rights and get this error each time:

************************

An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 0

Char: 0

Error: Script error

Code: 0

URL: https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3&sensor=false&key=AlzaSyBQ3ndV0nc8WVJ-gphs34jXKTZE0vrB5A

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?  (Yes / No)

***********************

1. Should I select "Yes" or "No"?

2. Can this be fixed?

3. Does it affect the PIREP reporting?

Thanks,

Will

Will,  Thats a new one on me.  I'm not sure if it will stop up SmartCars completley or not.  If the problem continues submit a support ticket here:  https://tfdidesign.com/submitticket.php

Did that after my initial post. I then flew a two hour flight and it posted with no apparent problem. I just don't think I should be getting this error. Is this version 64 bit? Or 32?

I use it mostly for P3D v4 (64) but occasionally use FSX (32) for aircraft that aren't available in version 4 of P3D.

SmartCars does not interface with the sim directly, so 32/64 does not matter.  FSUIPC is the go between and would have nothing to do with your problem.  If it continues please do a support ticket using the link above.
